          The Soniwhirl ultrasonic nozzle can give a full cone spray in the help of the low pressure air.                                          

         The liquid flow through the capillary of the pieoz-transducer,of the nozzle, and the atomization is generated 
     on the thin tip of the transducer horn, because of the longitude vibration of transducer horn, If there is 
     not the influence of other air flow, the atomization spray angle is narrow,usually not more than 15, in order to
     create a wider full cone spray pattern, the low pressure air is introduced from the quick connector of the Narwhales 
     Soniaccu ultrasonic nozzle, this air flow along the channel of the nozzle housing and cross tangent grove of the 
     vortex diffuser of the Soniwhirl ultrasonic nozzle, and then start to rotate before the horn tip of the piezo-transducer,
     this vortex of the air will induce the atomized droplets forming an full cone spraying pattern,the higher the pressure
     air the wider the full cone angle, usually the angle will between 20 to 60  ,and the air pressure usually will be between 
      0.2bar (gauge) and 2.0bar(gauge),the user can adjust the pressure of the air to get the satisfied spraying angle. 


   Too high shaping pressure may cause the spraying distribution become uneven, the low pressure air flow through a individual
   channel which is sealed from the piezo- transducer , this type of design will help extending the life of the nozzle.
   Note: the low pressure air should be disposed with oil water separation, if not the precipitated water may cause the atomization stop.
